This committee leads the development and periodic review of ICFT standards and principles for responsible forest therapy practice. It supports consistency across professional practice, training, certification, site development, ethics, safety, ecological stewardship, and cultural integrity.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review international standards and professional principles.
- Maintain alignment between standards, certification, training, and practice guidance.
- Advise on ethical, ecological, safety, and cultural requirements.
- Coordinate public comment and revision processes for standards-related documents.
